Coverage of Spring Formal Dance

For our spring formal, we chose a Roaring ‘20s theme as a throwback to The Great Gatsby, aiming for an event that was both formal and fun. Since the venue was our school, we focused on transforming the space with elegant decor, themed music, and food. Sparsha and Isha managed decorations using a spreadsheet to cross-check items within our budget, while Nat, Sami, and Nick curated the music. The entire team collaborated on food choices, and we were able to include a sushi bar, which added to the luxury of the night. Luckily, we found great deals on Amazon to keep costs down. To enhance the Gatsby aesthetic, we also set up a themed photo booth for guests to capture the night. Chloe designed flyers, and we created a promotional video to build excitement. The event came together beautifully, creating a glamorous and unforgettable night for everyone.
